Anne-Marie has practised for 9 years and has a wealth of experience in complementary health treatments. She focuses mainly on Myofascial Release being a qualified iMFT, Remedial Massage techniques and Lymphatic Drainage, brining in her other therapies as needed to give more efficacy to each treatment. She specialises in the areas of post operative and injury recovery and cancer care, although everyone is very welcome at her clinics in Barnstaple and Tiverton and she can be of assistance in a much wider range of condidtions. Anne-Marie is also a resident therapist at New Beginnings at Westwell Hall Ilfracombe, the well know weight loss boutique boot camp, where she proves very popular.

Alexia Smith

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Alexia is a qualified Hypnotherapist, having gained her Certificate, Diploma and Practitioner's, Post-graduate Diploma from the London College of Hypnosis (LCCH). She is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), who ensure high standards in the practice of Hypnotherapy.

Alexia combines Clinical Hypnotherapy with NLP, CBT, Psychotherapy and Solution-focused Brief Therapy. She is a trained practitioner of EMDR, a ground-breaking technique used in treatment of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. She is also trained in the use of the Hypno-Band weight loss System, which mimics the use of a gastric band to aid weight loss. Alexia specialises in issues surrounding weight control, anxiety and psychogenic infertility.

Alexia currently manages three private practices in Devon.  She is also a resident therapist at NuBeginnings, a boutique weight loss centre in North Devon.
